TUBE INSERTS are used in Condenser and Heat Exchanger Tube mouth ends to prevent erosion.
Available for different tube sizes.  FROM 1/2" TO 2 1/2" TUBE OD.

Available in  materilas :

1. PLASTIC - Nylon, LDPE, HDPE

2. METAL -  SS 316 /317 / 321/ 347 , Cu - Ni 90 /10  & 70 /30, Titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy,   

                   Al.Brass, Ad. Brass

3. CERAMIC - High Alumina

Can also develop as per customer's specific requirements.

VP also offers service to install the inserts at site. VP has a unique hydro expansion technique to install the tube inserts in the heat exchanger tubes.
