CS Flange Guard is available in two halves model & single piece model. made out of carbon steel with epoxy coating. For Fire protection - Intumescent coating can also be given.

Flange Guards are available in sizes from 1/2" to 24". Even bigger sizes can be made on customer's request. Flange Guard is available in other materials accoridng to the:

1. Fluid handled

2. temperature handled

3. pressure

Flange guard acts as a spraying shield when there is any leak from the flange joint. Flange guard prevents the leaking fluid from spraying outside on any neighbouring structure, any passers by, thus Flange guard ensures safety & prevents accident.
